1. Training of Interpersonal Skills
Our mission is to provide employees with interpersonal skills they need to create effective and enduring relationships in the workplace, by using the Gordon's model and training program. Employees learns skills and how and when to use them. Once learned and practiced, these skills become an integral part of employee's day-to-day communication in all their relationships.
Swiss-Inter-Consult is licensed by Gordon Training International for working with companies to help them improve their employee's human skills. They learn how to build teams that work with, not against each other and how to solve and prevent conflicts. Ultimately the interpersonal skills help to boost morale and productivity. Subordinates learn how to communicate and understand their peers and leaders.
