His management style of bringing together multicultural, multinational work force is world renowned which brought him various international recognition awards and appreciations, his high intellect and creativity is honored by companies worldwide including the prestigious innovation award of Ciba’s Polymers division for his creativity and contribution.

Marketing strategy and execution was another area where Alexander is known to develop creative, dynamic business approaches which have reinforced his employers position in the global market.
